These terms apply to every order you place at elsaria.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Where we sell

We sell and ship to Australia only.

Our bags

Each bag page names the material and gives the size in cm. Please check both before you order.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We do not charge GST. Shipping is free on every order. You pay at checkout.

Your order

When you place an order, we email you an order confirmation. If something looks wrong with your order, email hello@elsaria.com with your order number.

Delivery

Delivered in about 1 to 2 weeks. Orders up to AUD 1,000 arrive with no customs duty or import GST to pay. More in our Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

You have 90 days from delivery to return your bag. Faulty or wrong items are refunded without sending them back. If you changed your mind, post the bag back unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours to pay, and we refund the price you paid when the bag arrives. More in our Refund policy.

Your rights

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply. Nothing in these terms limits them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms on this page when you place your order are the terms that apply to that order.
