You have 90 days from delivery to return your bag.

Faulty, wrong or not as pictured

If your bag arrives faulty, is not what you ordered, or its colour is not as it looks in our photos, email us a photo and your order number at hello@elsaria.com. We refund you in full, and you keep the bag.

Changed your mind

Post the bag back within 90 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours to pay. We refund the price you paid when the bag arrives.

How to start a return

Email hello@elsaria.com with your order number. We reply with the returns address and the next steps. Please wait for our reply before you post anything back.
